Water rates will increase by 1.3% CPI. For example the meter base rate for a ¾” meter is currently $23.41per month will be increasing to $23.71 per month. The water consumption rate is now $3.01 per 1000 gallons monthly and will go to $3.04 per 1000 gallons
The sewer rate for a single-family residential unit will go from $34.10 per month to $36.90 per month. Multi-family residential will be $29.52 (per unit). Commercial & Industrial base rate per account will be $36.90 (which includes 4500 gallons consumption). Any consumption above 4500 gallons will be charged $3.73 per 1000 gallons.
Late fees are currently $5. December 1st that will increase to $15 for those customers paying after the 15th of each month.
